Inverter layout tutorial

Schematic entry

The first step always consist of creating the schematic of the circuit that we want to simulate. Create an inverter consisting of a PMOS an NMOS. Make sure that you also include input/output and VDD/GND pins as we will need those to do Layout Versus Schematic (LVS).
