Converting existing libraries from CDB to OA

Cadence IC 6.1 and later moved to Open Access (OA) database. Old Cadence Data Base (CDB) libraries are no longer supported with new Cadence IC 6.x releases.
You need to convert your old libraries into OA format. Use the cdb2oa
executable which comes
with your Cadence IC 6.1.x installation,
<install dir>/tools/dfII/bin/cdb2oa

Note
The most part of VLSI past designs (e.g. ToPix, ToPix_v2) at present is still in CDB format!
