__**Network TAB**__

   * under **VidyoProxy**, check the Always use VidyoProxy option
   * make sure that the Use settings from operating system is selected



__**Video TAB**__

If you are connected to a slow network, check the Limited Bandwidth option under **Video Preferences** in the **Video** tab.
